Enrolled means the seat is actually secured — that's the only stage that turns a week green and adds to the budget. Everything earlier is still in progress.

Kids or parents add things they want to do. Jeff / Charlie can Approve a wish to turn it into a real activity on the schedule.
Auto-totals enrolled paid camps only — money you've actually committed to. Costs are per person — a camp for 2 kids at $60 each shows $120. Free enrolled camps are counted separately.
Gantt-style grid of which camps run which weeks. Solid bar = enrolled (secured); hatched bar = still in progress. Colored dots show which kids. Tap any row to manage that camp's weeks and stages.
All data is stored in the cloud — changes you make appear instantly on Jeff's and Charlie's devices. If you go offline, a red badge appears and the last-known data loads from cache automatically.
Copy a URL and paste it into Google Calendar → "Other calendars" → "From URL". Auto-updates as you schedule activities.
